Ball mill is a critical device for smashing after the materials are crushed. Ball mills are widely used in manufacturing industries of cement, silicate products, new construction materials, fireproofing materials, chemical industry, ore dressing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramics, etc for grounding of various ores and other grindable materials. Generally, overflow ball mills are suitable for high grinding fineness while grid ball mills are suitable for low grinding fineness. (Unfavorable impacts of over grinding on grading can be avoided)

Autogenous mill is new type grinding equipment with both crushing and grinding functions and mainly used in ore dressing industry. By different grinding techniques, autogenous mill can be divided into two types: dry (aerofall) and wet (cascading). At present wet autogenous mills are widely used in China. There are two driving modes for autogenous mill: variable speed and rotating speed with different power. Some autogenous mills are equipped with microinching device. For the benefit of convenience, jack-up device of tube is also provided; for large mill, in order to eliminate static resistance moment, modern advanced technologies such as hydrostatic bearing are adopted to ensure the safe operation of autogenous mill.
