    Introduction

    Ball mill is a critical device for smashing after the materials are crushed. Ball mills are widely used in manufacturing industries of cement, silicate products, new construction materials, fireproofing materials, chemical industry, ore dressing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramics, etc for grounding of various ores and other grindable materials. Generally, overflow ball mills are suitable for high grinding fineness while grid ball mills are suitable for low grinding fineness. (Unfavorable impacts of over grinding on grading can be avoided)

    Products of this series are mainly used in grinding of cement, raw materials and slag; they are also suitable for grinding of various ores and other grandable materials in industrial and mining enterprises of metallurgy, chemical industry and electric power. They can be used in open-circuit grinding as well as in close-circuit grinding together with separator.
    The equipment is rationally designed and is well adapted to materials, featuring high running rate, large crushing ratio, high productivity and convenient operation. The high-efficiency ball mill of this series is designed by making best use of the advantages and bypassing the disadvantages of open-circuit grinding system, and makes significant modifications to the traditional ball mill. Compared with ball mills with the same specifications, it not only possesses all the advantages of open-circuit grinding, but also improves mill yield drastically, and makes the powder finer and specific surface area larger, realizing high yield and high fineness. It provides a new type of grinding equipment for producing high grade cement.
    With its unique combined partition board and grid board adjusting various warehouse levels, this ball mill enlarges ventilation quantity and improves conditions within the mill; meanwhile, new-type liners are adopted, rotating speed of the mill is adjusted, and gear design and lubricating parameters of bearing bush and bearing are optimized. The bearing is an energy-saving floating insert bearing, which saves 6%-12% energy consumption, improves the smoothness of mill operation, prolongs its service life and promotes grinding efficiency, the overall performance of which reaches international advanced level.
