The same cylinder can be equipped with three kinds of slots for adapting to different grading processes.
Half counter-current slot (CTB) is suitable for wet roughing and concentration of strongly magnetic minerals with ore particle sizes being 0.5-0mm, especially for the concentration of big ores with particle sizes being 0.15~0mm.
Counter-current slot (CTN) is suitable for wet roughing and scavenging of strongly magnetic minerals with ore particle sizes being 0.6~mm, especially for the recovery of heavy media in coal washery.
Downstream slot (CTS) is suitable for the roughing and concentration of minerals with ore particle sizes being 6~0mm.
Both CTB and CTS can be used in series to improve the concentrate grade.
Magnetic system is made from high-quality ferrite materials or by combination with rare earth magnetic steel. The average magnetic induction intensity should be 100~600mT on the surface of cylinder.
According to the user’s requirements, CTS, CTB and CTN magnetic separators with different surface intensity can be provided.
